Nicole’s interest in real estate began in 2001 when she started working for a prominent property management company in Beverly Hills as a Property Supervisor and a Property Accountant.  She gained further experience in real estate while working in Washington in the residential foreclosure field. In addition, she has experience negotiating long-term lease agreements with both private property owners and municipalities.

Nicole specializes in assisting families and individuals in purchasing their dream homes, working with investors and helping individuals downsize from their existing homes.

Nicole was born and raised in Carmichael, California and returned to Sacramento to attend law school.  She spends most of her free time with her family and at the lake paddle boarding.

Tiffany is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has worked in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. She has extensive negotiating experience and a thorough understanding of contracts. Most importantly, she is passionate about real estate and committed to providing clients with exceptional service.

Tiffany grew up in Sacramento, California and returned to Sacramento to attend law school. She was one of the founding members of Metro Edge and served as a member of the Professional Development Committee. She supports a variety of non-profit organizations and ran a marathon in honor of those who have fought, are fighting or have lost their battle with cancer.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys yoga, traveling, and most importantly spending time with her family.
